🎺 CALLING ALL MUSICIANS! 🎺
Want to join the OFHS Pep Band for a game this year? We’d love to have you! 🧡🖤
With a small high school band—and many students also involved in athletics—we’re looking for community members, alumni, and former band members to help fill out our pep band and bring live music to more home games! 🎶
How it works:
🎵 Choose the games you'd like to play
🎵 Access our music and setlists
🎵 Sign up with your name and instrument
🎵 We’ll let you know one week before each game if the pep band is a GO!
No instrument? No problem! We may have one you can borrow.
We play approximately 20–30 minutes before home games at Ward Field and in the OFHS gym.

We’re excited to offer Osseo-Fairchild High School students a Multi-Craft Core Curriculum (MC3) Pre-Apprenticeship class through our partnership with WRTP | BIG STEP!
And here’s something to be proud of: Osseo-Fairchild is the only high school in the Northeast Wisconsin region offering this training opportunity!
Students who complete the program can earn valuable, industry-recognized credentials, including:
🦺 MC3 Certificate - A state-certified pre-apprenticeship credential recognized by local Building and Construction Trades Councils.
👷 OSHA 30 Certification– A nationally recognized workplace safety credential that demonstrates a strong foundation in construction safety.
❤️ CPR / First Aid / AED Certification– Nationally and state-recognized credentials in emergency response.
The program gives students a leg up when pursuing registered apprenticeship opportunities—providing hands-on training, valuable certifications, and connections to the skilled trades.
This isn't just another high school class.
It’s a pathway to a career. A paycheck. A skilled trade. And a future.
⚡ THUNDER WORKS.
Preparing students for the workforce, opportunity, relationships, knowledge, and solutions.

THUNDER PRIDE!
Congratulations to Osseo-Fairchild alumna Alyssa Beasley, PE, a Structural Engineer at Pierce Engineers, on being recognized by The Daily Reporter as a 2026 Women in Construction honoree!
Alyssa works in Pierce Engineers' Madison, Milwaukee, and Chicago offices and has designed structures in multiple states—including the Deer District's brand new concert venue (Landmark Credit Union Live) next door to Fiserv Forum, the monumental stair in Deer District's The Trade Hotel, and the monumental stair for the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra.
Alyssa has built an impressive career in structural engineering, working on projects throughout the Milwaukee area. But her impact goes beyond the projects she designs.
She also gives back by mentoring young people interested in architecture, engineering, and construction through the ACE Mentor Program. She is also teaching yoga at two studios and conducting personal sound bath/healing sessions for clients.
From Osseo-Fairchild classrooms to a successful career in engineering, Alyssa is putting her skills, leadership, and determination to work—and making a difference along the way.
Congratulations, Alyssa! We are proud to call you a THUNDER alum! 🧡🖤

🏃♀️🏃♂️ Thunder Cross Country is OFF and RUNNING! ⚡
Our High School and Middle School Cross Country teams competed in their first meet this week at CFC! It was a hot one, but the entire team showed up, worked hard, and gave it their all. 💪☀️
Great start to the season, Thunder! 🧡🖤

Our Yes We Can students are putting creativity and hands-on skills to work!
Instead of throwing away discarded table tops, our students repurposed the materials to build platforms for our Middle School VEX Robotics competition tables.
This project is a great example of problem-solving, teamwork, craftsmanship, and sustainability, taking something that was no longer being used and giving it a new purpose.
Way to go, Yes We Can!

The work behind the scenes is just as important as what happens under the Friday night lights! 💪
A big THANK YOU to Max and Tommy for putting in the work to get the field ready for tonight’s football game.
The field is ready… now let’s play some football! 🏈

Every Tuesday and Thursday, our 9th graders in Mrs. Lane-Neddermeyer and Mr. Leis’ classes take 20 minutes to get lost in a book of their choice.
No assigned book. No required genre. Just 20 minutes of reading! 📖
We love seeing our Thunder making time for books! 🧡🖤⚡

Way to go to these three student athletes! 👏 They’re demonstrating some impressive time management, responsibility, and commitment to their learning.
By using lunch and HAMR time to work through course videos, they’re making the most of their school day—and creating time after school to pursue their passions, participate in activities, compete in athletics, and support their classmates.
What a great example of making smart choices with your time and taking ownership of your success! ⚡

The school year is underway, and our students are already getting busy building their math skills! Second graders are learning with hands-on manipulatives, while fourth graders are teaming up to tackle multiplication problems.
We’re off to a great start! 🧡🖤

Osseo-Fairchild Elementary’s Fun Run is BACK! 🎉
Last year, our first-ever Fun Run was a huge success thanks to the incredible support of our local businesses and families. The money raised went directly back to our students—helping provide school supplies, playground & PE equipment, student T-shirts, and keeping field trips free or affordable for families.
Now, we’re looking for local businesses to sponsor this year’s Fun Run!
🎽 2026 Business Sponsorships
🧡 $300 – Large Logo Sponsor
Your business logo will be prominently featured on the student Fun Run T-shirt.
🖤 $150 – Medium Logo Sponsor
Your business logo will be featured on the student Fun Run T-shirt.
All sponsors will also be recognized on a banner displayed in the elementary school entryway throughout the school year.
This year’s T-shirt will feature our Thunder Skills—a great way to promote the skills and expectations we want our students to carry with them all year long!
📅 Fun Run: September 23
We have a quick turnaround to finalize our T-shirt order, so if your business would like to support our students, please reach out by September 7th!
📞 715-533-1258
We are incredibly fortunate to have such a supportive community. Your business sponsorship makes a direct difference in the opportunities and experiences we can provide for our students! 🧡🖤
Thank you for investing in our kids and helping us make this year’s Fun Run a success! ⚡
