Spanish — it allowed me to learn about different cultures and even use the language while traveling to the Dominican Republic to communicate with locals.

Mrs. Lane — she helped take away a lot of stress and supported me in earning strong grades.

WRTP | BIG STEP provides valuable information, training, and assistance to help individuals explore and prepare for careers as Union Construction workers. Through this program, participants gain insight into different trade careers and the pathways that lead to long-term, family-supporting employment.

We were excited to welcome Trempealeau County Sheriff Erika Koxlien, an Osseo-Fairchild Alumni, to our 6th Grade Career Exploration class!
Sheriff Koxlien shared her journey into law enforcement, discussed the responsibilities of serving the community, and answered great questions from our students about careers in public safety. It was inspiring for students to see a local graduate return and show how classroom learning can lead to real-world careers.
